The hearings bore directly on
my case and, I suspect, those of (at least) tens of thousands of others.
I thought my case would be done and dusted long before the
findings came out. But now that I’ve been told that it’s going to be a least
six months (of anxiety) before my appeal is heard, the findings may turn out to
be timely and of crucial importance. (A
large chunk of my statement of appeal, written before I’d heard about the
judicial review, covered exactly that ground.)
